ohsama sentai king-ohger
technicaly this was my first ever sentai but i haven't fully finished it yet (lost focus around e35). i really like it. i think gira is very funny and rita is amazing. unsurprisingly if you've gone around this website long enough i am a big fan of the "fantasy kingdoms have to tenatively get along" plotline so i really enjoy the multiple kingdoms of king-ohger. i also like the shugods a lot. i want a god kuwagata in my home.
i'll... probably put more fleshed out thoughts when i go back and finish it. ADHD gets me really hard with ongoing series so i have to kind of work to keep up with them. but.
no. 1 sentai gozyuger
the current ongoing sentai series as of time of writing. king ohger was my first true sentai (excluding the original mighty morphin power rangers, that would be technically my first, but i don't remember it well) but gozyuger is probably the most invested in a sentai i've been to the point of keeping up weekly with it.
i LOVE the gozyugers, especially hoeru and rikuo and sumino. the character work is really strong so far and also the theme song is really, really good. not much else i can put in here, yet, but.
