im gonna be real i kinda forgot about music for the first half of this month and by the time i hit publish on this bad boy ill be back from canada. dont expect februarys music roundup to set the tone for these its just not possible
sohbana ft. hatsune miku - Mr. Cinders
this song has a really cute bouncy rhythm and is in the same catagory of vocasynth songs that make me feel like they couldve come out in 2012. i keep finding myself humming it after my first listen to so its definitely catchy.
supenuma ft. kasane teto & otomachi una - T00L-shed
my youtube feed is actually startlingly good at delivering random newbie producer teto works lately. i like this song a lot, its not perfect but it has a very good rhythm to me and pretty good lyrics! the tuning is pretty goddamn good and i like the interesting way they speed up parts of the english rhythm to fit the bpm. i am very intrigued by supenuma and i think they might be a producer to keep eyes on! 8/10
amala ft. hatsune miku VS kasane teto -- daidaidaidaidaikirai
i actually got this rec from instagram of all places but it goes kinda fucking hard af? this shit has been stuck in my head since i heard 1 fraction of it on an insta reel and i really enjoy the teto tuning it sounds SO good. the insanely high pitched tuning on ONLY the chorus weirdly adds to it, its like purposefully horrible. it sounds good it wraps around. thumbs up emoji
0TS ft. kasane teto -- KILL U GIRL
the good part about thos getting pushed to the first week of april is that i got to sneak this song in here. i looooooove weird bgm thats electronic and very high-energy and fast bpm. kill u girl sounds like a modern DDR or pump it up song and that is a very high compliment considering ive injured myself from and spent $20 CAD playing DDR/PIU in the past two weeks. the tuning is kind of...... (coughing) not good im gonna be real with you, it does that horrible high-pitched teto thing, but i think its passable overall and puts yet another producer on my watchlist.
at some point this has become like a vocasynth newsletter because youtube keeps gently delivering these to me like a stork. anyways
